What do I need to run SpeedGate?+
Just a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera and a web browser. There is no external hardware — create a room code, open the app on each device, and align each camera on its start, split or finish line.
What is the timing accuracy?+
Crossing detection is based on the camera's frame rate (typically 30–60 fps), and every trigger is timestamped on the server to the millisecond. For close finishes, the FAT photo finish lets you review the exact frames instead of trusting a single number.
Can I use more than one device?+
Yes. Free rooms support up to 2 connected devices (start + finish). Pro unlocks multi-device rooms of up to 99 devices, including split gates.
How do I cancel or change my plan?+
Pro is a billed subscription managed from the customer portal, where you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
